RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS

Due to the personalized nature of made-to-order and custom items, we do not accept returns. Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

PROCESSING TIME

Each item is unique and meticulously crafted to your specifications. Products take 3-5 business days plus shipping time. Custom orders take up to 7-10 business days plus shipping time, but could also take less time, depending on the size and complexity of the order. Please note that during peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING AND PICK-UP METHODS

Options may include standard shipping, expedited shipping, or express shipping. Please note that shipping fees may vary depending on the selected method. We also offer local pick-up within 25 miles of Camden, SC, upon request.
